To answer your comment on my recent Climate Alert Blog. There is an alternative plan, William, that Internet Al is going to be selling in the not too distant future. Congress is going give him ten trillion bucks to buy a cow somewhere. Then he is going take it to the market and trade it for some magic beans. Then he will plan them and a giant bean stalk will grow that will shade our planet and suck up all of the evil C02.
